OCR: Twin Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce Ingredients: Dried Chinese mushrooms 2 oz, Tinned button mushrooms 5 oz, Garlic 2 cloves (crushed), Ginger 2 slices, Sugar 1 tsp. Sauce Mix : Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tsp, Stock 1/3 cup, Corn starch 1 tsp. Procedure: 1. Soak dried Chinese mushrooms for 1 hour. Wash and drain tinned button mushrooms. 2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok. Sauté garlic and ginger. Add in Chinese mushrooms and sugar, stir-fry over low heat for 4 mins. Put on one side of plate. Do the same with the tinned mushrooms. 3. Prepare sauce mix. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, add sauce, stir until thickens. Pour sauce over the mushrooms and serve.
